Job Details
My client is a small employment boutique, run by a former Silver Circle Employment Partner. Until recently there were two other employment lawyers consulting with the business to work on a steady stream of (predominantly) corporate settlements. There is no tribunal work, but there are a dozen instructions a week, and too much for one lawyer to cope with for the forseeable future. The long term plan is to hire some more permanent resource, but for the next 12 months there is the need for one or two consultants to support the business on a part-time or full-time basis. There is an office in Oxford, but consultants can work entirely remotely if they wish. A competitive hourly or daily rate is on offer, and the owner is open to a conversation about rates, with respect to your other commitments.
