Role
An excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and driven team
Advise on a range of issues across the breadth of Residential Property transactional work including matters such as Sales and Purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease creation and some voluntary first registration work.
Enjoy a varied and high quality client base
Develop your skills on issues within Residential Property, working collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge.
Actively participate in business development opportunities.

You
You may be a Solicitor, CILEX or CLC qualified with a solid grounding in residential property.
An ability to work as part of a team, collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
Strong commercial acumen with excellent technical ability and drafting skills
