The Role:

You will join the firm's brand-new Leeds office at an exciting time for the Real Estate team and the firm.

The Real Estate team works with an impressive client base across sectors such as retail, sports, tech and telecoms. You will be working on landmark North West and national transactions, with a high level of responsibility and client contact from an early stage in your career.

Work includes acquisitions & disposals, developments and asset management. The diversity of work will allow you to develop your technical ability and identify which areas interest you the most, with the opportunity to specialise and create a niche as you progress.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor between NQ - 3 years PQE
• Experience across one or more of the following: acquisitions & disposals, development, asset management
• Able to work collaboratively as a team whilst taking your own initiative
