We are delighted to be exclusively partnering once more with this absolutely super brand - a really popular household name at a very interesting stage in its journey to diversify and grow.
Our client is looking to grow its internal capability on the Regulatory / Data side of its wider Legal, Risk & Compliance team. Working with a very experienced Senior Legal Counsel and the DPO and Associate Director (Legal Regulatory), you can expect to gain some experience that will tick plenty of boxes which will futureproof your CV!
The Role
Customer savings and data is at the very heart of this business. You will work on all aspects of data protection advice to the business:
- advising on risks on new product development Artificial Intelligence ePrivacy digital marketing personal data breaches consumer law competition law
This is a fast paced environment with a business that never stands still.
About You
You might either have a law firm or in-house background. As the expertise within the team is already significant, they can accommodate a more junior hire between NQ-3 or 4 PQE.
You will ideally have some data protection / GDPR experience (although general corporate and/or commercial lawyers, litigators and regulatory lawyers can be considered if they are able to evidence some knowledge or interest in specialising in this area).
