Superb newly created opportunity in this high performing and supportive Legal team within a major international manufacturing business with UK HQ just outside Birmingham.

This new hire will play a crucial role in ensuring our client's EMEA region is supported on all legal fronts.

Predominantly you will work on a range of commercial contracts (customer sale and purchase agreements, one off supplier agreements, inter-co agreements, loan and rental agreements, NDAs, distribution agreements etc) but can also pick up some governance, regulatory, IP, data / GDPR experience. A really interesting and broad role where your contribution will be valued.

Ideally you will already have some good commercial contracts experience (at least 6 months).

Depending on the type of your experience, however, another commercial area may be able to transfer well if you are keen on getting into a more commercial contracts role.

You will be able to work well with stakeholders at all levels and communicate clearly as well as think commercially in the interests of the business.

Our client has supported routes to qualification as a solicitor (including SQE).  Subject to passing your probationary period (6 months) this could be an option for you making this a very compelling opportunity.

Location: just outside of Birmingham with max 3 days in the office.

Salary: a very competitive level of salary for this level of hire which will be commensurate with experience.
