Legal Counsel

About the role:

• Acting as a Regional Counsel for Europe, managing the delivery of legal services for the group on a European scale whilst working collaboratively with the US legal function and across the divisions in the UK and Ireland.
• Providing legal advice on operational transactions
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements (supply contracts and customer distributor)
• Providing legal advice to management
• Assist as and when needed on acquisitions, in particular the due diligence process
• Legal oversight of litigation, competition law and claims that affects European operations
• Mitigating and managing risk and ensuring cost effective use of external legal services

About you:

• 7+ Years PQE Commercial Solicitor coming from either Private Practice or In-House business in either the manufacturing or service industry
• Extensive experience in structuring and negotiating complex commercial transactions
