**CAYMAN ISLANDS – REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE – 3+ YEARS PQE**

This is a rare opportunity for a capable and personable Commercial Property Associate to join the market leading Real Estate Team of a top international law firm in the Cayman Islands.

As part of the firm’s dynamic Corporate Practice, the Real Estate Team on the ground in Cayman advises both institutional and non-institutional clients, locally and internationally, on all aspects of property transactions.  With a focus on large scale development projects in the hospitality sector, workload will also some residential and wider commercial property/property finance matters including strata transactions. 

Working as part of a small but high performing team of four property lawyers in Cayman, you will play an integral role in developing, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and will be given plentiful opportunities for career progression.  The sky really is the limit!

Suitable candidates will be as follows:

• Qualified as a lawyer in the Cayman Islands (or another offshore location such as the BVI, Jersey, Guernsey, etc), the UK, Canada, Australia or New Zealand;
• Strong career trajectory to date at a well known global or national law firm;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience qualified lawyer in the real estate sector, ideally with prior development/hospitality sector expertise.
