This well-renowned and explosive firm needs a Senior Employment Solicitor/Partner to add to its roster. Modern, dynamic and forward-thinking, this practice has an opportunity which could lead to a Partner position in the future. This Top 75 firm has one of the most well-respected names for quality work across London. They are a multi-service practice, with HNW flavour throughout their departments. The firm punches well above its weight and its main competitors are impressively some Top 50 firms, they deal on par with some of the country's most well-known law firms.

They are ranked highly in the Legal 500, and in the last five years they have nearly doubled in size, this is due to a dynamic team, some strategic key hires, and an influx of work, which covers both domestic and international matters, standing at over 120 partners across practice areas that include Media, Technology, Corporate, Agriculture, Private Wealth, Environment and Charities.

The firm is very entrepreneurial and is ahead of the curve on the changing legal landscape; they have invested in artificial intelligence, using state-of-the-art software allowing staff to save days of work. This firm is the only SME-sized law firm using it, other big international names have used it for several years. It is this approach and strong leadership that remain to be highly profitable.


The role
The firm is seeking to hire an Employment Senior Associate or Partner for their West End London office.
You will be at the forefront of this industry-leading team, you will work with the Partners to drive the department forwards.


The firm has a strong reputation for employment, you will join a friendly, supportive and dynamic team that will have you dealing with high-quality work.


You will handle all forms of employment law issues for commercial and private clients and build and develop your caseload with a commercial emphasis. You will be expected to be able to handle matters including but not limited to; Employment Tribunals, TUPE, Covenant Disputes, and data protection, amongst other elements. These specialisms would make for a very interesting and varied caseload.

Requirements

  • You will be an Employment Solicitor with 6+ years PQE
  • Experience of leading and mentoring more junior members of a team

Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
