Advising across the full spectrum of fund structures and strategies, spanning hedge, private equity, infrastructure, real estate, credit, debt, venture capital, cryptocurrency and hybrid funds, they are keen to hear from ambitious applicants with a minimum of 4yrs experience who would be able to hit the ground running.
In all cases it is important that you are academically strong with a solid pedigree in funds and/or corporate & PE transactions developed with a leading onshore/offshore law firm. Our client is looking for individuals who are technically first rate with advanced interpersonal skills and commercial acumen, able to take on responsibility willingly while actively assisting with practice development.
