URGENT - Funds Lawyers (2-6 PQE) - Offshore Law Firm, London

Tier 1 Offshore law firm urgently seeks funds lawyers for their highly rated London office. This role presents an excellent opportunity to make a significant contribution to the firms expanding London practice while benefitting from exposure to market leading offshore funds work, which will include advising on a wide range of matters such as fund formation, ongoing legal and regulatory compliance, restructuring and termination of different types of Cayman Islands investment vehicles (e.g. hedge funds, hybrid funds and private equity funds). 

Ideally with between 2-6 years' post-qualification experience as an investment funds, regulatory or corporate lawyer, ideally gained within a top-tier law firm, it is essential that all applicants have a strong academic background, with excellent written communication and drafting skills. The successful candidates will also have outstanding technical abilities, together with the confidence to build relationships with clients and colleagues, while positively contributing to a dynamic & collaborative team environment.
