The Corporate Technology team specialises in venture capital and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. Clients include institutional investors, venture capital funds, as well as founders and companies seeking funding. The team advise investors, companies and management teams on a wide variety of venture capital investments, M&A transactions and private equity transactions, cross-border M&A and joint venture work. 

The ideal candidates will be NQ-2 years PQE and will have had corporate law experience from a top tier UK or international corporate practice and an excellent academic background. 
The role will take a focus on the technology and life sciences sectors and you will therefore be expected to show a genuine interest in progressing in this area.
