Consistently recognised for its tech innovation, family-friendly practice, and focus on diversity, this is a firm that will empower you to become the best version of yourself, develop new skills, and retain a healthy work/life balance.
Candidates I have placed with the firm in the past, have commented that the environment and culture have none of the stuffiness or 'cut-throat' approach that is often found at large corporate firms. Partners have a genuine interest in you and your enjoyment of personal time while being invested in your professional development and career advancement.
The Role:
You will join a market-leading, international Public Procurement team that has been growing consistently for a number of years.
You will play a vital role in the team, taking a lead role on matters (with partner support) and mentoring the junior lawyers within the team. You will be advising on all aspects of UK & EU public procurement law for clients across central government, energy, and transport.
Working alongside some of the most respected Partners in Europe, you will be given an unrivalled platform to develop your skills and have a transparent progression path to partnership. This is an excellent time to join the team, as they have a strong pipeline of interesting work and plans to continue their expansion in the coming years.
You can expect an attractive package (£75k+, annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits), plenty of flexibility, and opportunities for secondments.
Requirements:
