JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Lawyer
EXPERIENCE: NQ-2 years PQE

THE ROLE:
This firm’s team of Clinical Negligence Lawyers are widely regarded as experts in representing claimants who have suffered injury as a result of medical treatment. The firm have an excellent reputation which is second to none and they pride themselves on going the extra mile for their clients. The team deal with a wide range of Clinical Negligence matters to include brain injury claims, fatal claims, spinal injuries, cancer misdiagnosis and birth injuries, to name a few. The successful Clinical Negligence Lawyer will be joining a highly regarded team and be working on high quality matters including catastrophic injury matters.
THE CANDIDATE:
We want to hear from Solicitors or Legal Executives with up to 2 years’ prior experience of handling their own caseload of Clinical Negligence matters, varying in complexity. The appointed Clinical Negligence Solicitor should be confident in their ability to work under minimal supervision however also feel comfortable asking for help when required. The successful candidate will be joining a fast-paced environment but must also understand the importance of attention to detail and client care. Ideal Clinical Negligence Lawyers who are Newly Qualified will have completed at least one seat within clinical negligence.
THE FIRM:
You will be joining a supportive and encouraging firm who have fully embraced the flexible working policy. Newly Qualified Lawyers will be required in the office more often than not initially however there is scope for hybrid working. This firm offer a range of legal services across the country but are particularly well regarded for their expert team of Clinical Negligence Lawyers.
