Job Details
Corporate tax is a core offering at this US law firm which is reflected in the size of its London tax team. The existing corporate tax team undertakes a wide range of matters – both free standing and corporate support – but is facing a significant capacity issue assisting the corporate team on transactional matters, particularly those with a private funds angle.
The law firm is keen to remedy this with the hire of a junior tax partner, who has enough funds tax experience “to be dangerous” and who is happy to (initially at least) primarily service a funds- heavy case load.
Exceptionally, the law firm will consider a Senior Associate/ Counsel, perhaps blocked by business case, to whom it offers immediate partnership.
