Junior to Mid-Level Construction (Non-Contentious)/Project Development Associate - US Firm in London
Our client, a prominent US law firm in London, is seeking a talented and ambitious junior to mid-level construction (non-contentious)/project development associate to join their highly regarded practice.
The firm has a market-leading Energy/ Infrastructure practice that advises on a wide range of corporate, financing and projects matters globally, including extensively in the renewables sector. The team is now looking to recruit a junior-mid level with strong experience of construction and/or project development contracts (EPCs, FIDIC Yellow Book, O&M/ Servicing Agreements). Some experience of Energy sector matters would be advantageous but not a pre-requisite.
The ideal candidate is likely to have at least one year of relevant post-qualified experience, either from a highly regarded construction/projects team in private practice, or in-house with project developers, investors or lenders.
In return, the firm offers a highly competitive compensation package, as well as the opportunity to work on some of the most sophisticated interesting and impactful matters in the market at a very friendly firm that encourages its lawyers to have a healthy work-life balance.
