Job Details

This mid-tier US and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for a further Associate to join their busy and thriving Corporate & Projects transactional team in Dubai. They are particularly seeking someone with broad general corporate experience, and ideally also some exposure to the projects area (where energy, construction and/or finance experience would be of interest). On the Corporate side, they advise on high-value and cross-border M&A deals, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, commercial contracts, corporate restructuring and governance across the region. Their Projects work is similarly broad, spanning the life cycle of major energy and infrastructure projects, from acquisition and financing to project development; they accordingly handle an array of corporate/commercial aspects (M&A, joint ventures) and transactional contracts (concessions, production sharing, joint operating, gas sale, purchase and transportation, EPC contracts etc.). Most of the work will have an international dimension, bringing with it real visibility across their network, and will range from some of the largest and most complex matters to smaller deals providing greater responsibility. The firm is looking for someone who will also be an enthusiastic participant in business and practice initiatives, helping to further build their practice and grow their profile in the region. Applicants will need to be US, UK or Commonwealth qualified lawyers, with a combination of broad-ranging, high-level deal experience and strong academic credentials. Don't miss this superb Dubai opportunity - please apply now!
