Commercially astute and technically strong litigators are sought by premier offshore law firm for its market leading BVI disputes team. The work handled by our client is the crème de la crème of disputes work in the Caribbean and will see the successful applicants handling a wide range of interesting files, to include corporate and commercial litigation, insolvency & restructuring, banking, finance and funds litigation, trusts and shareholders disputes as well as fraud & asset tracing matters.
To be considered it is essential that you are either already admitted to practice in the BVI or England & Wales (barristers & solicitors). Academically strong with a stable career history, experience to date within a top tier onshore / offshore law firm or leading commercial chambers is preferred.
The partners within the group foster a close knit and collegiate working environment and therefore place a great emphasis on team dynamics, so it is imperative that applicants have a similar outlook and will look to contribute across the board.
A very competitive salary & benefits package is offered (plus relocation where necessary) attracting only 8% tax while our client also operates a modern and flexible approach to working practices.
