CORPORATE & REAL ESTATE Senior Associates looking for IMMEDIATE Partnership *small following needed*

Segal Placements specialises in the placement of Senior Associates, Of Counsel and Partners  with particular emphasis on the Corporate and Commercial Real Estate practice areas. We have placed numerous such individuals who have benefited by the fact that:

• Our contacts are Managing Partners, CEO's and Heads of Department and as a result we don't spend weeks on end waiting to hear back from HR departments
• Our Director previously spent many years working on the Chambers Legal Directories and as a result has an in depth understanding of which Firms best suit which individuals as well as being extremely well-connected to senior individuals in the Top 200 Firms.

As a Senior Associate you may be keen to take the next step in your career this year to secure a Partnership position yet may be blocked for such an opportunity at your own Firm. Through many years of experience, Segal Placements now work with a number of  Firms across London and the South East where we are actively encouraged to send them top quality Senior Associates from other leading Firms who have already started building a following and who understand what it takes to bring work into their Firm. Some sort of a client following / network of connections / referrers is essential.

We are currently working on no less than 17 mandates in either Commercial Property (investment, development, landlord and tenant, property funds etc ) and Corporate (Capital Markets/Corporate Finance, M&A, Private Equity, Funds etc) such Firms ranging from US to  some of the more progressive International/City Firms to Mid Town, West End and Regional Firms all who recognise the value of bringing the next crop of Junior Partners through. We have placed lawyers as Junior as 5PQE straight into Partnership elsewhere (albeit a substantial book of business was evident in that instance).

As well as us informing you who might be looking, we can equally advise on the long list of Law Firms who flatly refuse to bring Senior Associates across laterally straight into the Partnership, however good the business case is as well as those firms who are best avoided.
