Commercial Litigator (3-5 PQE) – BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS – Major Firm – New Instruction!

Offshore Legal is seeking an ambitious commercial litigator for this leading form in the BVI. The team predominantly handles high profile cross border cases, which are mostly disputes relating to offshore structures, corporate and commercial disputes, insolvency, trusts, funds, shareholders disputes and asset tracing. Candidates must be UK admitted and those with a city or top tier regional background will be preferred. There will also be opportunity to gain advocacy experience if so desired. 

A very attractive offshore package is on offer and will be paid commensurate with experience. Income tax (paid by the employee) in the BVI is just 8%. 

The British Virgin Islands’ are a stunning collection of islands and is renowned for having one of the highest standards of living in the Caribbean, whilst cost of living remains below most of the other Islands. Powdery white-sand beaches, lush green mountains, and a sheltered yacht-filled harbour characterize the island of Tortola which is where the business district is located.
