The Role

The firm are looking for a Commercial Technology Solicitor to join their flourishing Leeds office in the heart of the City.

You will work with a high-quality client base with a focus on the technology sector.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop a strong network of client contacts as you will develop a close day to day working relationship with clients and become the key point of contact with both internal and external client contacts.

Your caseload will involve commercial contract management, reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements, business issues, SaaS, software integration and software licensing.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 1 years PQE
  • Experience of digital and technology is a bonus but a genuine interest in specialising in the area is a must
  • You will have experience from your training contract in commercial contracts gained at a respected commercial practice
  • You will have a strong technical knowledge and good communication skills
