**JERSEY – BANKING & FINANCE ASSOCIATE – NQ/3-6 YEARS PQE**

Our client is a leading offshore law firm and its Jersey Banking & Finance Practice is in growth mode, following an impressive and ongoing pipeline of international transactional work.

The Tier 1 team in St Helier is sizeable, with a total of 10 banking partners on the ground, which makes it one of the most substantial on island.  It advises a list of the major international banks and financial institutions on all aspects of private debt, structured, leveraged and acquisition finance as well as fund finance, debt capital markets, derivatives and syndicated lending matters.

It is looking to hire two associates as follows:

• UK or common law qualified lawyer;
• Either at NQ (newly qualified) level or from 3-6 years pqe;
• Prior banking and finance experience from a Magic Circle/Silver Circle or leading national/international firm a big city such as London, Manchester, Bristol or Edinburgh, etc;
• Ambitious, enthusiastic approach to your career.
