High-ranking regional heavyweight with a City presence is seeking to appoint a Corporate Commercial Solicitor 2+ years PQE to work alongside their Legal 500 recognised lawyers and partners in Reading.

The role:
Opportunity for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor 2+ years PQE to join a leading corporate team based in Reading.
You will undertake a broad range of commercial and corporate work for businesses including SMEs, private clients, start-ups and UK subsidiaries of multi-nationals.
The team have built a varied and interesting client base which spans across the UK and internationally, and they are looking for someone who can continue to enhance the firm's presence in the corporate space.
You'll be working alongside some of the most established and knowledgeable lawyers within the industry who will share their experience to help you to establish yourself within the corporate commercial space.
Requirements:
· Corporate Commercial Solicitor 2+ years PQE
· Outstanding technical knowledge and broad corporate and commercial experience
· Ability to engage in your own business development
