Construction Solicitor

Errington Legal are recruiting for an experienced Construction Solicitor with 2-7 years PQE to join a busy and growing team based in Colchester, offering fantastic client exposure and clear progression opportunities.  
 
The role will provide support on a wide variety of transactions, working alongside an experienced team and closely with Partners where you will take on a full and varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious construction matters supporting senior fee earners on larger and more complex matters.

The successful candidate will have around 2-4 years PQE and be either an experienced Construction lawyer who has some Litigation experience, or a Commercial/Real Estate Lawyer with some exposure to Construction. They will demonstrate strong technical and client management skills. 

You will be expected to engage fully in business development and marketing opportunities and generally look to continue to develop and grow the team.
