THE ROLE
A lawyer is now sought to join as Head of Knowledge Management on a part-time (3-4 days per week) basis reporting to the Knowledge, Learning & Development Director.
The KLD team supports its people to achieve their full potential, thereby underpinning the success of the firm itself.
You will have overall responsibility for Knowledge Management within the firm; setting, maintaining and evaluating the firm's strategies in this area and ensuring the successful implementation, in line with the firm's business strategy and objectives.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience of Knowledge Management best practice and have current awareness of Knowledge Management issues in the wider professional services market
With excellent negotiation and influencing skills you will have experience of leading change management initiatives and strong project management and organisational skills
Special aspects
Open to talking flexibly. This role is suitable for individuals looking to work 0.6 to 0.8 FTE and will require the successful candidate to work on Tuesdays. Flexible working patterns will be considered within the firm's agile working framework.
