Hybrid/flexible working - Full time or Part time working considered
Errington Legal are recruiting for an opportunity for a Construction (contentious) Solicitor/Associate, to join a tier 1 Construction team based across the East of England. You will join a highly ranked team that has several lawyers listed as leaders in their field.
This role offers a high quality of work, fantastic client exposure and clear progression opportunities. You will be expected to provide support on a wide variety of transactions, working alongside a highly regarded team, you will have a broad experience of the contentious aspects of construction advice, including adjudication, arbitration, litigation and ADR.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Construction Senior Associate, likely from 1-4 years PQE and with a well-developed knowledge and a preference towards contentious construction work. Good knowledge of the main standard form construction contracts, in particular JCT and/or NEC would be an advantage.
