LITIGATION – BARRISTER/SOLICITOR – 5 PQE – OFFSHORE

Our client, a global litigation powerhouse, is looking to strengthen its team with the appointment of an experienced disputes lawyer.

Based in locations across several continents, the firm regularly execute cross-border litigation and investigation strategies, with many of their cases involving simultaneous proceedings in multiple jurisdictions across the Americas, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with value of matters regularly exceeding several billion.

One of their offshore offices now want to add to their team and are ideally looking for a Barrister or Solicitor of 5+ PQE.

As the successful candidate for this position, you should be an E&W qualified litigator with experience covering insolvency and fraud disputes.  Given the scope of the caseload, applicants should also have cross border experience and be comfortable with working long hours.
