Job Details
We are working very closely with a Big 6 firm who are looking for a talented Corporate Associate to join their team in Brisbane; focusing on transactions within the Energy & Resources sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Australian qualified Lawyer OR those open to relocation to Australia.
The team are very collaborative and you will have the opportunity to work across a varierty of corporate matters from mergers and acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, advisroy, commercial contracts and due diligence.
The firm takes a non-silo approach and you will be encouraged to work across all Partners. The frims is also known for their exceptional training, development and mentoring programs, progression opportunties and culture.
The successful candidate is likely to have:
· Admission as a Lawyer in Australia OR overseas qualified open to an AU move.
· 3 PAE
· Experience or strong interest in the E&R sector
· Experience gained in a leading practice
· An excellent academic record
