Well liked tier two national firm has an opening for a junior to mid level commercial solicitor to join the expanding team in Liverpool

What's on offer?

- A genuinely broad range of commercial matters including commercial contracts, IP, IT, data protection, procurement, competition, state aid and outsourcing
- Very cross sector work, with specific focus on retail, media, pharmaceuticals, transport, logistics, insurance, tech, and a wide range of public sector organisations including police forces, universities and local authorities
- Everything from day-to-day contracts up to major projects
- The opportunity to develop your own caseload of matters as well as working as part of a team on larger matters and large scale projects

Who are they looking for?

- A qualified solicitor NQ to five years' PQE in general commercial matters
- Additional experience in IP, data protection and/or competition law desirable but not essential
- A commercial approach and well developed critical thinking
- A solid academic profile
- Client facing and an enthusiasm for business development
