This team undertakes a wide range of transactional work including M&A, private equity, ECM and venture capital, and they are having impressive success attracting partners who have a niche focus and which expand and add new layers to their offering. 

With financial services and technology both being dominant sector groups, Fintech is naturally complementary to their existing offering. They have clients in this space already and so are keen to recruit a specialist who can take overall responsibility for driving this practice area. So, this would suit someone who is good at working with the internal market as well as interacting with the client community.
