Job Details
Excellent opportunity for a real estate partner to lead a Birmingham real estate department and further develop the team. No client following required.

The firm is a distinct values-led provider of legal services in its chosen sectors which include local government, housing, health and social care, and education. This opportunity is to lead their social housing sector practice. The successful candidate will be a real estate solicitor with property development experience and will have acted for landowners, developers, promoters and registered providers. At least some experience of acting for registered providers is essential. Its likely that you are already at Partner or Director level and head of a real estate team, looking to take the next step in your career as a partner and head up a sector group on a national basis.
A six-figure salary is offered together with a good benefits package.
