The Role:

  • This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Corporate & Commercial Associate to join the firm's offices in Essex, with hybrid working in place
  • Earning Legal 500 accreditation, the Company Commercial team work on a variety of transactions and matters for small businesses, heavyweight companies and HNW individuals
  • To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of corporate & commercial work, including commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions, shareholder & partnership agreements, e-commerce, corporate finance and joint ventures
  • As an Associate, you will also have the opportunity to support the more junior members of the team and get involved with business development
  • In return, you can expect to receive a clear pathway to progress towards partnership, with incremental support from the team throughout your journey

The Ideal Candidate:

  • An experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
  • Strong business development capabilities & an entrepreneurial flair
