We are currently working with the Head of Commercial who is looking to expand their tier 1 L500 and Chambers ranked team with a Solicitor or Associate to focus on technology and insurance related commercial matters.

FIRM: A well regarded Top 100 law firm in Surrey with a national reach is looking to grow their impressive, highly rated commercial team by bringing in a Commercial Solicitor from a large regional, national or city firm.

TEAM: You will be joining an exceptional team which has leading individuals and is ranked by L500 and Chambers for its commercial work. The team consists of 14 dedicated commercial lawyers including 5 Partners who will provide excellent support and development opportunities with plenty of hands on client contact.

BACKGROUND: Ideally you will have a background in drafting and negotiating commercial and technology-focused contracts, advising clients in the context of business to business and business to consumer arrangements. You will advise on a range of non-contentious commercial transactions in the technology or insurance sectors although other sectors welcome.
