Due to exponential growth and a strong pipeline of work, this elite US firm seeks junior and mid-level lawyers (US admitted) for its highly rated Hong Kong-based corporate practice, which supports clients on the most complex initial public offerings and M&A transactions.

As candidates will be working predominantly with clients who prefer to speak in Chinese, the ability to communicate fluently in English and Chinese is essential, while experience to date will have been developed at a comparable international law firm.

Further, applicants with a background in one or more of the following areas will have preference: Science, Biology, Pharma, Computers/AI, Physics or Mathematics.

Financially, packages are exceptional (Salary/Bonus + COLA where applicable) and relocation will be offered to those relocating from overseas.
