Banking & Finance Lawyers - Leading Offshore Law Firm (Singapore)

We are keen to hear from ambitious associates with experience across banking & finance and/or capital markets and/or structured finance transactions for a compelling opportunity with a top flight offshore law firm in Singapore.

You will be academically strong and admitted to practice in Commonwealth jurisdiction with between 3-8yrs PQE. Possessing significant attention to detail, professionalism, the ability to multi-task, and excellent organisational, prioritisation and communications skills, you will be ready to step into a position that requires healthy sense of drive and purpose, that will see you leading from the front and take an active position in developing and retaining client relationships.

In return, the successful applicant will be exposed to a wide range of work spanning general banking, fund finance, private credit, capital markets, structured finance, special situations, derivatives, aviation finance and corporate finance transactions, including private equity co-investment platforms.
