Corporate/Funds/Finance – 3yrs+ PQE (Cayman Islands)

We would welcome approaches from experienced lawyers that possess a strong corporate, funds or finance background for a compelling opportunity with a top tier offshore law firm on Grand Cayman.  Applicants should have a minimum of 3yrs+ experience gained within a recognised Commonwealth jurisdiction and will have trained & practiced within a top tier onshore / offshore firm.

Our client is regarded extremely highly in all the legal directories and has earned a reputation for being both technically excellent and extremely responsive to clients, while also recognised as having a very stable platform that invests heavily in its lawyers and looks to promote from within its own ranks.

With regards the work available, the team acts for a wide range of institutional and non-institutional clients, both locally and internationally, with transactions spanning banking and finance, corporate, M&A, investment funds, regulatory, taxation, economic substance and listings on the Cayman Islands stock exchange.

Bright, motivated and adaptable, the successful candidate will ideally be the type of individual that thrives in taking responsibility for a varied deals and who enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues alike.
