We have an exciting new opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a rapidly growing global organisation.

This is an opportunity to move away from a private practice setting into an in house advisory role offering great scope and reach.

You will form part of a small in legal team offering specialist advice to a wide range of internal stakeholders both UK and Internationally based.

You will provide corporate legal advice to clients across a range of matters, such as M&A, shareholders agreements, investments, global re-organisations, share incentives and general corporate law.

The Corporate Law team provides corporate legal advice covering Business Entity Type and Structuring; Corporate and Finance Transactions; Entity Restructuring and Intra-group Actions; General Counsel Advisory; Share Capital Changes, Corporate Actions and Technical Support solutions to a range of clients.

You will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 4 years pqe in Corporate Law.
