The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor 3+ years PQE into their Bournemouth office.

The Commercial Litigation department is highly regarded nationally, and there is a significant commitment from the business to develop this offering further in Bournemouth.

You work with the existing Partners from other offices to drive the department forwards. The firm has built lasting relationships with their clients and offer practical and realistic options with a focus on cost-efficient solutions which maximises commercial debt recovery.

The work is not limited to:

• Contract disputes
• Professional negligence
• Partnership disputes
• Debt Recovery

They will provide you will full support and autonomy for you to develop and grow your own offering as you see fit in the South East of England.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• Experience of building and managing a team of fee earners, is highly advantageous
• You will be technically strong and have a meticulous eye for detail
• Strong communication skills are essential
