This historical practice, based in the heartbeat of London, is growing rapidly and requires a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join the ranks and grow alongside the company.

The firm has over 50 years of experience delivering exceptional legal services to HNW individuals, companies, overseas businesses, Public Private Partnerships and much more. They are very multi-service, with strong offerings in Family, Private Client and Company Commercial, but they are particularly well known and have a vast level of expertise and experience in Property. This includes Conveyancing, Property Litigation, Leasehold Enfranchisement and Real Estate.

The Role

This Dispute Resolution department specialises in providing advice and assistance on matters across a plethora of Litigation issues, including contentious probate, debt claims, landlord and tenant disputes, and contentious commercial contracts.

You will be working closely with the partners who lead the team, as well as further highly-regarded solicitors, presenting a great opportunity to gain exposure and progress within your career.

You will manage an interesting caseload, be given the support and opportunities to progress, carry out business development, and be embraced by a team of Dispute Resolution Solicitors that are a step above the rest.

Requirements

  • You will be a Litigation Solicitor, or Legal Executive, with 4+ years PQE
  • You will have enthusiasm for litigation matters.
  • You will be able to be flexible in your approach and willing to undertake a range of tasks.
  • You will have excellent communication skills
