Job Details
Since our founding 3 years ago (and despite all of the economic uncertainties of Covid) Segal Placements has not only placed numerous pre-existing Partners but have also now secured 14 Partner roles for previous non-Partners over that time.
If you have been previously overlooked for Partnership at your Firm, possibly on more than one occasion, despite bringing in work and doing all of the rights things, please get in touch with us and we will give you a full, honest and open appraisal of your practice and try to point you in the direction of Firms who may look at you for a Partner role.
So long as you :
a) *IMPORTANT - Have started to self generate some of your own work in recent years
b) Have realistic expectations of the sort of Firm that might accept you straight into their Partnership
c) Understand the commercial flair needed to be a successful Partner in a Law Firm.
We will do our best to point you in the right direction. If you have no tangible following or clients who are likely to instruct or continue to instruct you should you move, whilst it is fair to say that opportunities may be fewer and further between, there may still be Firms who would consider you for promotion where that Firm has a particular strategic need.
