SINGAPORE - CORPORATE / FUNDS LAWYER - 3-6 PQE

This leading offshore and international law firm is actively seeking a further Associate or Senior Associate to join their thriving and market leading Corporate & Funds practice in Singapore. The position will entail a broad array of top-level transactional work, with a focus on advising on general corporate, M&A and equity capital markets matters, as well as on the formation, ongoing legal and regulatory compliance, restructuring and termination of different types of investment funds, with a special emphasis on BVI and Cayman matters. Clients include major international corporations, banks, investment managers and sponsors, and you'll be regularly acting alongside the Magic/Silver circle and other top international law firms. Applicants will need to have high-level relevant Corporate, ECM and/or Funds experience, ideally gained within a major offshore, UK or Commonwealth law firm.
