Leading L500 London City firm is seeking top legal talent to join their Commercial Property department, one of the most sought-after in the capital. This is a dynamic firm with a fantastic reputation in property, and its Commercial Property department is topping the table. The role

Since the firm's acquisition of a new office in the West End, the firm is seeking to offer commercial property services out of this new office, working in collaboration with their established and busy team in their new office. You will work as part of a friendly, supportive and dynamic team and will be well-supported. This role would suit an ambitious candidate who wants to build on an already successful department and have the autonomy to shape their destiny.

The firm has so many enquiries currently coming in that they are unable to service at present and many really strong leads, which will give the perfect platform to build off. You will find the variety of work will make for an interesting caseload. You will work with companies across several industry sectors ranging from SMEs to National companies.

Requirements

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years of PQE
  • A meticulous eye for detail is essential
  • Experience in leading and mentoring more junior members of a team is to advantage but is not essential

Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
