Commercial Lawyer (including Privacy, Data and Technology) 3+ PQE

Exciting new opportunity for Commercial (including Privacy, Data and Technology) lawyers, 3 years' pqe+, London.

Are you disillusioned with the traditional law firm model and keen to explore a move in-house? Would you still like the opportunity to work with more than one client but closely connected to the business the way a true in-house lawyer would be? Are you looking to get involved in helping to grow something new and innovative with regular and flexible hours with hybrid working?

We are looking for lawyers with:

• 3+ years PQE;
• Ability to work autonomously and without supervision on day-to-day commercial and privacy matters including:
  • Document  drafting, reviewing and negotiations (services agreements, SaaS and technology agreements, supply and distribution agreements etc);
  • Data, privacy and cyber security advice, including GDPR audits and advice;
  • Advising on and managing data breaches
• Strong client engagement and management skills; and
• Engagement with business development and strategy activities aimed at building our client’s London presence.
