This leading offshore and international law firm has an excellent new opportunity for an experienced Investment Funds lawyer to join their thriving and market leading practice on Jersey. Their highly rated team are active across the Jersey funds space, advising on all alternative and private capital fund asset classes, covering private equity, real estate, venture and debt funds, and including more recently crypto and digital asset funds. The team provides an integrated legal and regulatory service, strongly supported by their colleagues in the firm's leading finance, corporate, litigation, employment and data protection teams, and are also able to draw on the firm’s standalone financial services consultancy arm. The role will accordingly focus on the establishment, launch and regulation of a variety of major open and closed-ended funds and structures, and also extend to work on large-scale restructurings and financings of investment structures, regularly acting alongside the Magic/Silver circle and other top international firms. Applicants will need to have high-level relevant experience, ideally gained within a major offshore, UK or Commonwealth law firm.
