The Role:
You will join a close-knit Corporate team as a Solicitor in the firm's Liverpool office.
Acting for clients ranging from high-growth start-ups to national companies, you will gain hands-on exposure to headline-making corporate deals. Work includes M&A, private equity, and MBOs across sectors such as tech, sports, and retail.

Requirements:
- As a guide, this role would suit a Corporate Lawyer between NQ - 2 years PQE
- Broad Corporate experience gained at a respected law firm
- Have a strong academic track record
