Corporate Associate - Offshore Law Firm in Jersey

Our client is a well known offshore law firm, with a global network of office across the major offshore financial centres such as Cayman, Jersey, Guernsey. The firm works on high profile transactions for clients across multiple sectors, including a large number of bulge bracket banks, private equity houses, and major corporates.

The Jersey office is currently seeking additional corporate associates to join in Spring / Summer 2023. The team has a busy practice spanning everything from public and private M&A to fund structuring and capital markets transactions. There is typically a cross-border element to their deals, and the team often works in concert with colleagues from around the firm’s global network.

To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:

• Qualified in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or the UK with approximately 0-6PQE* (including those qualifying in March 2023);
• Demonstrable expertise in corporate transactions;
• Experience gained in a top 100 law firm; and
• An interest in working with an international client base.
