Commercial Litigation Solicitor – Manchester
We have an opportunity for a commercial litigation solicitor to join a national firm.
The team act on a range of high value, often complex commercial litigation disputes including shareholder disputes, breaches of contract, restrictive covenants and cross border/multi-jurisdictional matters. Sectors they focus on include retail, technology, financial and manufacturing.
The team structure enables solicitors of all levels to be actively involved with cases and clients and there will be opportunity to work closely with and learn from the senior solicitors and partners in the team.
The firm has a brilliant approach to flexible working, great career development opportunities and are investing significantly in further expanding their commercial offering, with lots of exciting expansion plans to come.
The team are ideally looking for a commercial litigation solicitor with at least 2+ PQE experience, working on commercial litigation matters, such as those mentioned above.
