General Counsel (Company Secretarial) - Part-time with flexible working available (3 days in the office minimum)

Client
A growing technology company with a high performing team and friendly working culture 

Role
• Advise the board, Management team and a range of internal stakeholders, instructing external lawyers when required.
• Providing legal advice on a range of day-to-day matters including compliance issues, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts 
• Dealing with employee shares and share options and drafting inter-company loan agreements
• Cover a range of Company Secretarial tasks 

You
• A broad spectrum of legal knowledge comprising IP, contract, corporate
