This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner who is looking to continue their long term career in personal injury law. As a successful candidate, you will be given the opportunity to work on high quality files, offered scope to develop career and work in a friendly dynamic team environment.

If successful, you will perform the following role as a Senior RTA Lawyer:

* Overseeing a varied caseload of fast-track RTA Claims that have exited the MOJ or OIC portal
* Handling admitted cases where denial of liability, dispute in value or an offer rejection has occurred
* Reviewing & analysing evidence and attending client consultations & hearings
* Litigating cases
* Handling case transfers
