This well-liked mid-sized UK and international law firm have an excellent new opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate to join their busy and thriving Corporate practice in London. This particular role falls within the private side of their full-service UK Corporate offering. As such, the position will entail a variety of work across this field, to include advising on private company acquisitions and disposals (share and business/asset deals); private equity deals (for both PE funds and management teams), joint ventures (involving private companies and LLPs); company reorganisations; and a variety of general corporate matters (incl. share buy-backs, distributions and corporate governance). The role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to join this successful and growing team to work closely with their highly-rated partners.
