THE ROLE
In the Social Housing team, where the role will involve specialising in the acquisition and development of affordable housing, and provide opportunities to get involved in a number of key real estate areas in the affordable housing sector bringing you opportunities for career progression.
There will also be the chance to lead on or participate in projects including; acquisition of land for development; forward funding and forward commitment agreements for the development of housing; planning, nominations and infrastructure agreements; management agreements and leases; joint ventures; lease/leaseback funding arrangements; commercial leases; and associated property law work.
ABOUT YOU
With 3-5pqe you will have a desire to work in the affordable housing sector with clients that often have clear charitable purposes
The firm operates a hybrid agile working policy allowing employees to work from home (or another UK location) for at least 50% of their time. Individuals can also apply for other flexible working options either at the time of recruitment or during the course of their employment.
